MaryAnn Karp is the engine behind Karp Financial Strategies and the smiling voice who answers the phone and greets you at the door. After fourteen years as a labor and delivery nurse, and twenty years in home health care specializing in obstetrics, pediatrics and geriatrics, MaryAnn saw an opportunity to make a difference in the financial services world as someone who has been exposed to all the key transitions in life, knowing that quality of life is a desire all should be able to embrace and realize in whatever stage their life is in.
She joined Karp Financial Strategies in 2008 with a focus on enhancing the client experience and being the administrative dynamo behind all the details involved with serving clients’ needs. As a caregiver to her father, MaryAnn also has a desire to help people through their difficult times and celebrate their joyful times.
Jeffrey R. Karp CLU®, ChFC®, CASL®
With more than 25 years in the financial industry, Jeff Karp has been an LPL Investment Advisor Representative since 2005. Raised by a CPA father, Jeff realized early in life that numbers revealed a story about where a person has been, however, paving the road to a desired financial future had to be driven by more than the numbers that appeared on paper.
As a degreed engineer, Jeff realized his chosen career path prepared him in a unique way for the world of finance with the ability to analyze complex and simple problems with ingenuity and big-picture perspective. Establishing Karp Financial Strategies in 1993, Jeff believed that being naturally good with numbers, having astute problem-solving skills combined with a personality that was relationship and vision focused would prove to be a successful and distinctive blend as a financial advisor.
